Warranty at BAITERA.LT

All electronics sold by BAITERA.LT are intended for the European regional market, therefore all goods are subject to the warranty terms and requirements set by the manufacturers. Under European Union directives, all goods are covered by a warranty period of no less than 24 months. For legal entities, the warranty period applies or does not apply according to the warranty terms set by the manufacturers.

If a Product Fails During the Warranty Period

If a product purchased from the BAITERA.LT online store fails during the warranty period:

  • warranty repair is performed free of charge if the product fails during the warranty period;
  • when submitting a product for warranty repair, it is sufficient to have the purchase document;
  • when submitting a phone for warranty repair, disconnect it from all accounts and remove activation locks;
  • the manufacturer's warranty does not apply to naturally wearing parts of devices or to mechanical damage.

When Warranty Obligations Are Terminated

Warranty obligations are terminated in the following cases:

  • defects caused by natural disasters: lightning, flood, earthquake or fire;
  • defects caused by electrical network disruptions;
  • unstable voltage supply. If the premises where the product will be used have voltage fluctuations, we recommend purchasing a voltage regulation device. Warranty does not apply to defects caused by voltage fluctuations;
  • defects caused by improper operating conditions;
  • defects or damage caused by cleaning, scraping or scratching;
  • the device was intentionally or negligently hit, damaged or disassembled;
  • defects caused by liquids or foreign particles entering the device, such as dust, sand, chemicals, food and similar substances;
  • rust or colour changes, such as yellowing, contamination and similar changes;
  • the device was used not according to its intended purpose;
  • the defects were repaired by a service employee or person not authorised by the manufacturer;
  • the serial number has been changed, erased or cannot be identified;
  • the device was used without following the user manual and warranty document rules.
